Easy Returns – Simple & Transparent

We offer a simple 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: Returns will not be accepted after the 3-day return window. Refunds are applicable only after the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection.

📢 Important Sale Update

  • Products purchased during Buy 2 Get 1 Free, Clearance Sale, or other special promotional offers are not eligible for returns.

  • Exchanges are allowed only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • To request an exchange, customers must share clear product photos along with an uncut unboxing video.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Please review your order carefully before placing it.

How to Place a Return Request

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Contact our customer support team via Email, WhatsApp, or Phone to initiate your return request.

  • Please record an unboxing video and safely repack the product before handing it over for pickup.

  • Once your request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup within 72 hours (3 working days) wherever service is available.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes the quality check.

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the quality check is completed.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, our support team will contact you via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp to collect your bank account or UPI details.

After verification, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your original payment method.

Color & Product Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, fabric texture, and individual screen settings.

Minor variations in weaving, embroidery, print placement, measurements, or color are natural characteristics of ethnic wear and should not be considered defects.
